भारत में डिजिटल भुगतान विकल्प के रूप में, भारत सरकार 2 अगस्त 2021 को इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वाउचर-आधारित डिजिटल भुगतान प्रणाली लॉन्च करेगी। आज भारत के प्रधान मंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी इस “e-RUPI Digital Payment” को लॉन्च करते हुए जनता को संबोधित करेंगे। देश के कुछ उच्च संस्थानों और सरकारी एजेंसियों जैसे भारतीय राष्ट्रीय भुगतान निगम (NPCI), वित्तीय सेवा विभाग, स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, और राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य प्राधिकरण, आदि ने संयुक्त रूप से इस ऐप को विकसित किया है।

भारत में e-Rupi Digital Payment के तौर पर लॉन्च हो रहा यह ऐप काफी अच्छा और भरोसेमंद माना जा रहा है. इस ऐप का उपयोग करने वाले ग्राहक भुगतान के रूप में अपने पैसे को एक खाते से दूसरे खाते में सुरक्षित रूप से स्थानांतरित कर सकते हैं। “e-RUPI” नाम से इस ऐप के लॉन्च होने से आप देश के किसी भी हिस्से में डिजिटल भुगतान कर सकते हैं। इस ऐप का मुख्य उद्देश्य देश में डिजिटल पेमेंट को बढ़ावा देना है।

What is e-RUPI Digital Payment?

National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) in association with the Department of Financial Services (DFS), National Health Authority (NHA), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), and partner banks, has launched an innovative digital solution – ‘e-RUPI’.

The users of this seamless one-time payment mechanism will be able to redeem the voucher without a card, digital payments app or internet banking access, at the merchants accepting e-RUPI. e-RUPI would be shared with the beneficiaries for a specific purpose or activity by organizations or Government via SMS or QR code.

This contactless e-RUPI is easy, safe and secure as it keeps the details of the beneficiaries completely confidential. The entire transaction process through this voucher is relatively faster and at the same time reliable, as the required amount is already stored in the voucher.

Uses of e-RUPI Digital Payment

सरकार द्वारा देश में e-RUPI के माध्यम से कई सेवाएं प्रदान की जाएंगी। इसका उपयोग वेलनेस सेवाओं की लीक-प्रूफ डिलीवरी सुनिश्चित करने के लिए भी किया जा सकता है। उर्वरक सब्सिडी, टीबी उन्मूलन कार्यक्रम, आयुष्मान भारत, प्रधानमंत्री जन आरोग्य योजना, मातृ एवं बाल कल्याण योजनाओं आदि के लीक प्रूफ वितरण के लिए उपयोग किया जाना है।

सरकार ने इस डिजिटल वाउचर का लाभ निजी क्षेत्र के कर्मचारी कल्याण और कॉर्पोरेट सामाजिक के लिए देने की भी बात की है। यह ऐप सामान्य भुगतान ऐप के रूप में जारी नहीं किया गया है। सरकार द्वारा आज जारी किए जाने के बाद जल्द ही आप e-RUPI के माध्यम से कई सेवाएं प्राप्त कर सकेंगे। e-RUPI को SMS String or QR Code के जरिए पूरे देश में फैलाया जाएगा।
